    Working Principle

    Loading: The material to be ground and the grinding balls are placed inside the 100ml jar. The jar is sealed tightly.

    Atmosphere Control: A vacuum pump is connected to the jar's port to remove all air and moisture. The jar is then filled with an inert gas. This purge cycle may be repeated 2-3 times to ensure atmospheric purity.

    Grinding: The sealed jar is securely mounted onto the rotating planetary disk of the mill. The program (time, speed) is set and started.

    Planetary Motion: As the disk turns, the jar spins on its own axis in the opposite direction. The grinding balls inside are subjected to strong Coriolis and centrifugal forces, impacting the material with high energy against the jar's walls.

    Result: This action rapidly crushes, mixes, and homogenizes the powder, achieving particle sizes in the micrometer or even nanometer range, all within a protected environment.
